High-Density Genetic Linkage Map Construction and White Rot Resistance Quantitative Trait Loci Mapping for Genus <i>Vitis</i> Based on Restriction Site-Associated DNA Sequencing

Grape white rot (Coniothyrium diplodiella) is a major fungal disease affecting grape yield and quality. Quantitative trait locus (QTL) analysis an important method for studying horticultural traits of grapevine. This study was conducted to construct high-density map conduct QTL mapping grapevine resistance. A population with 177 genotypes developed from interspecific hybridization rot-resistant cultivar (Vitis vinifera × V. labrusca ‘Zhuosexiang’) rot-susceptible (V. ‘Victoria’). Single-nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) markers were by restriction site-associated DNA sequencing. The female, male, integrated maps contained 2,501, 4,110, 6,249 SNP average genetic distances adjacent 1.25, 0.77, 0.50 cM, respectively. based on resistance identification individuals in July August 2017 2018.
